Maria M. Cirino

Maria M. (DiLillo) Cirino, 89, of Collinwood, died Sept. 23, 2010, at Hospice House in Cleveland. She was born Nov. 13, 1920, in Matrice, Italy, and had lived in Collinwood since 1947. She was a member of Holy Redeemer Church in Collinwood, Stella di Roma ladies society and the Ladies Matrice Club. Mrs. Cirino loved her garden and crocheting. She was a homemaker, but worked part-time at Collinwood High School in the cafeteria for many years. Survivors are her son, Anthony C. (Susan); daughter, Mary Kay Signorelli; grandchildren, Joseph, Michael (Christina) and Anthony Cirino Jr., and Danielle (Robert Homage) Signorelli; and great-grandchildren, Kurstin, Anthony, Robert and Lynsey. She was also a cherished aunt and loving friend to many. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph, whom she married July 23, 1949, at Holy Redeemer Church; parents, Anna Maria (nee Pasquale) and Antonio DiLillo; and brother, Rocco (Mary, nee Bonominio) DiLillo. Friends may call from 1 to 3 and 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Orlando-Donsante Funeral Home, 29550 Euclid Ave., Wickliffe, OH 44092. Funeral Mass will be held 10 a.m. Monday, Sept. 27, 2010, at Holy Redeemer Church, 15712 Kipling Ave., Cleveland. Father Martin Polito will officiate. Burial will be in Lake View Cemetery in Cleveland.
