Born April 28, 1960, in Cleveland, he was a welder at SMP Welding.
Survivors are his children, Tabitha and Michael Fulmer; mother, Connie Stobaugh; step-mother Jean Cooper; sister, Joy Morgan; and brothers, T.J., Bud, and Andy; as well as his companion, Kandi Perkins.
He was preceded in death by his father, Herbert.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m., Tuesday, May 17, 2011, at Gattozzi and Son Funeral Home. Interment will be at Western Reserve Memorial Gardens.
