Patricia F. Turske, 86, of Chesterland, passed away on Wednesday, October 11, 2023 surrounded by her loving family. Pat was the daughter of the late Ralph and Irene (nee Horak) Quayle and was born in Cleveland, Ohio. Pat was the loving wife of Gordon for 50 blessed years; mother of Lani Plunk (Mitchell) and Robert Van Curen (Gina); stepmother of Diane Pytel (Allyn) and Donna Lahmon; grandmother of 11; great-grandmother of 13; sister to the late Dolly, Jerry, Shirley, and Ralph; special aunt to Lori, Ralph, Marcie, and Johnny; dear friend of many. Pat enjoyed traveling, hosting extravagant Christmas parties for her family and friends, Cleveland baseball, and fishing with her husband in Canada. Pat was a devoted parishioner to St. Anselm Catholic Church in Chesterland, a member of the choir and Young of Heart group. Pat and her husband were honored to sing in the “God With Us” concert on 26 occasions over the course of 13 years. She never met a stranger and was a friend to everyone. Pat was loving, caring, and kind to all. Pat touched the hearts of so many people and will be dearly missed. Visitation for Pat will be held at Gattozzi and Son Funeral Home located at 12524 Chillicothe Road, Chesterland 44026 on Friday, October 20, 2023 from 5 pm until 9 pm. Prayers of Christian Burial will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, October 21, 2023 at 9:15 am. Following prayers, Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. Anselm Catholic Church located at 12969 Chillicothe Road, Chesterland 44026 at 10 am.
