Paula Griffin

Paula Michelle Griffin, age 71, passed away peacefully on June 8th, 2023, after a long hard-fought battle with amyloidosis. She had her loving husband and children at her side. In 2002, she married the love of her life, Steve Griffin. They built a beautiful life together in Chesterland, enjoying their two dogs, Riley and Marley. Paula was an outstanding baker and was especially known for her beautiful cakes, which brought family, friends, and "Nanni's Cakes" clients joy for numerous celebrations. Paula was predeceased by her parents, Norman and Helen Walt. She is survived by her husband, Steve Griffin; children Marc Chesnes (Beth Anne), Jenny Chesnes, and Matthew Chesnes (Emily); and grandchildren Ben and Charlie Chesnes, Calli and Cameron Kups, and Henry and Cosette Chesnes. Services will be held at Western Reserve Memorial Gardens in the mausoleum on Saturday, June 17th at 2pm followed by a Celebration of Life at Generations Event and Reception Center in Chesterland.
