Richard "Rick" Hopkins Jr., 50, of Eastlake, passed away May 29, 2011. He was born Feb. 21, 1961, in Cleveland, he had lived in Eastlake for the past 20 years. He had worked for the U.S Postal Service since 1986. Survivors are his mother, Virginia; sister, Sharon (Tim) Aberle; and brother, Fred (Vilija) Hopkins. He was also uncle to Nathan and Tyler Aberle and Clark, Isaac and Luke Hopkins. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard F. Hopkins Sr. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at Gattozzi and Son Funeral Home, 12524 Chillicothe Road, Chester Township. Funeral services will be held 8 p.m. Monday, June 6, 2011, at the funeral home.
