Richard E. O'Connor, age 79, of Chester Twp., passed away at Hillcrest Hospital in Mayfield Heights on Wednesday, September 12, 2018.
He was born in Cleveland, Ohio on December 9, 1938.
Richard is survived by his son, Daniel (Sheila); his daughter, Stacie (Bryce) Rinker; grandchildren, Rachel (Ryota), Megan, Katie, Elliana and Mason; brother, Ralph (Yvonne); and sister, Pat (Dan).
He was preceded in death by his wife, Beverly; his son, Brian; parents, "Babe" and Libby; and sister, Lynn.
The family will announce service plans at a later date.
