She was the beloved daughter of Pablo Rene Portilla and the late Mariana De Jesus Chacha. Adriana was the devoted wife of Juan A. Ochoa, with whom she shared 14 beautiful years of marriage. She was a dedicated and loving mother to Josseline (Malikai), Pablo, Daria, Adrian, and Lukas.
Adriana is also remembered as the cherished sister of Gabriela Rea and Pablo Portilla, and a beloved daughter-in-law to Ruth Campoverde. She was a treasured aunt to her many nieces and nephews, a loving cousin, and a dear friend to countless others whose lives she touched.
Though her time with us was far too short, the love she gave and the memories she created will live on — a legacy of compassion, laughter, and unwavering devotion. Adriana will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.
A visitation for Adriana will be held Wednesday, April 23, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Malec & Sons Funeral Home, 6000 North Milwaukee Ave, Chicago, IL 60646, followed by a chapel service at 6:00 PM.
