Blanca Rodriguez

Blanca dedicated her life to her family. She was the proud mother of seven children — Joe, Joanne, Elizabeth, Rose, Jackie, Josie and Mike— and the heart of a legacy that includes 15 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren.

Blanca’s strength, faith, and love for Jesus shaped generations. Her laughter, and nurturing spirit will forever be remembered by all who were blessed to know her.

She will be deeply missed and always lovingly remembered.

Visitation for Blanca will be held Thursday, October 16, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Malec & Sons Funeral Home, 6000 North Milwaukee Ave, Chicago, IL 60646. Service will be held at 6:00 PM. A final viewing will occur Friday, October 17, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, 6000 North Milwaukee Ave, Chicago, IL 60646. A chapel service will follow from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM, 6000 North Milwaukee Ave, Chicago, IL 60646. Following A committal service will occur Friday, October 17, 2025 at 11:00 AM at All Saints Cemetery, 700 N River Rd, Des Plaines, IL 60016.
