Brian Keith Loebbaka

Brian Keith Loebbaka, age 33, passed away in Chicago on Tuesday, May 20, 2014. Brian was born in Chicago, Illinois on June 4, 1980 to Judith Lehmann and David Wayne Huffman. Brian is survived by his wife Lillian, daughter Jasmine, sons Anthony and Matthew, brothers Brandon and Daniel Lehmann, loving aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws and many friends.

Brian graduated from Prosser High School in 1998. He was employed at People's Energy as a Gas Mechanic 4. He worked at People's Energy since 2006 and often spoke of how much he enjoyed his work & the learning he experienced.

The stories describing this great man, husband, father, brother and friend are too many to count, but the universal truth is that he was wonderful, loving, compassionate, generous, and selfless. If you met him once, you loved him for life.

Brian loved all sports, but football was his sport. He played football in High School and recreationally. Most recently, he played on the Monsters. Brian also enjoyed playing on a bowling league for several years.

Brian loved board games & did not enjoy losing!

More than anything, Brian enjoyed being the Grill Master at family barbeques.

Brian will be missed by all.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 27, 2014 5-9 PM at Drake & Son Funeral Home, 5303 N Western Ave, Chicago. Funeral service will be held at the funeral home at 8 PM.
