Mom was wonderfully devoted to her children Zeny (Joe), Freddie (Sally), Helen (Ernie), Malou (Ruben), Daisy (Jonas), Rolando (Myrna), Benedict (Betty), Mildred (Eric), and Janine.
She was a loving Grandmother to Joann, Jennelyn, Chris, Rochelle, Rosette, Frederick Jr., Kimberly, John D, Ralph, Luther, Krizelle, Chona, Cheelah, Philip, Kyle, AC, JR, Jerome, Jerico, Ferlyn, Aileen, Pam, Karen, Mark, Daryl, Trisha, Kyla, Paul, Tracy, and Jaeden, and a Great Grandmother to many Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by the love of her life, Felipe Ellasus, Sr. and sons Freddie, Felipe Jr. and Cesario.
Consuelo was a devout Catholic and active volunteer for her church in the Philippines for many years prior to moving to the U.S. She was a talented seamstress and continued her passion for sewing through the later part of her life. She loved her Filipino shows, was a bingo enthusiast, and also enjoyed ballroom dancing. She found the greatest joy in helping raise her many grandchildren.
She was the kindest, most positive, supportive, loving human being. We will miss her infectious laughter, hugs and "I love you"s.
