Dennis A Burghgraef, age 69, of Chicago, Illinois passed away on Wednesday, September 13th, 2023. Devoted husband of Victoria Burghgraef; Loving father of Adam (Lindsey) Burghgraef and Amy (Patrick Burtner) Burghgraef-Burtner; Cherished grandfather of Lily, Hazel, and Ivy; Beloved brother of William (Patricia) Burghgraef; Fond uncle, godfather, and dear friend to many.
Dennis will always be remembered as an outdoorsman who loved life with nature. He was funny, sweet, and had a heart of gold. We will all miss him greatly, but carry on with the happy and loving memories he gave us.
Friends and family will gather for a memorial service (visitation) for Dennis that will be held Sunday, September 24th, 2023, from 12:00PM to 4:00 PM at Malec & Sons Funeral Home, (Edward A. Tylka, Manager), 6000 North Milwaukee Avenue, Chicago, Illinois 60646. A celebration of life Chapel Service will be at 3:30 PM at Malec & Sons Funeral Home.
