Donald R. Elkin, age 81, of Chicago. Loving husband of Shirley Elkin (nee Holmes). Cherished father of Donald Elkin, Lynn (Pat) Brankey, Diane (Scott) Benser, and Susan (Tim) Myers. Cherished grandfather of Laura, Joe, Patrick, Tessie, Lizzy, Kathy, Timmy, and Brian. Dear cousin to many. Donald was a member of the Bell Park Serviceman’s Club & U.S. Postman for over 50 years. Visitation will be held Wednesday March 9th from 3-9 pm at Drake & Son Funeral Home, 5303 N. Western Ave, Chicago; Funeral will be held Thursday March 10th at 10am at Queen of Angels Church, 2330 W.
