Donald John Richardson, age 71, of Chicago, retired CPD of over 40 years, US Marine Corp Veteran, passed away on December 9, 2021. Loving husband of 17 years to Ellen Richardson; Beloved father to Maelee (Alfredo) Fernandez, Kristine Richardson, Kristian Cave, Sheryl (Fred) McEvoy, and Jeffrey Lester; Cherished grandfather to many; Dear brother to the late Sandra Mooney, Ed (Joan) Richardson, Colleen Koenigshofer, Dorothy (the late Tom) Krenzel, and Walter (Leslie) Tracey; Uncle to many nieces and nephews. Visitation for Donald will be from 3-8 PM on Friday, January 7, at Andrew J. McGann & Son Funeral Home, 10727 S Pulaski, Chicago. A 2nd Visitation will take place from 9-11 AM at the Funeral Home where a Funeral Service will directly follow at 11 AM. Interment private.
