It’s with great sadness that we announce the passing of Evan Anthony Johnson on December 6, 2016. Born February 25, 2016 and preceded in death by his twin brother, Trevor Edmund Johnson. Beloved son of Mark Johnson and Rochelle Edens. Loving brother of Reed David Johnson. Grandson of Susan Johnson and Marti Edens.
Visitation in memory of Evan will be held on Friday, 12/16/2016 from 5-9 PM at Malec & Sons Funeral Home, 6000 N Milwaukee Ave, Chicago. Family funeral prayers will take place on Saturday, 12/17/2016 at Malec & Sons. A funeral Mass will be held at 11:30 AM at Old St. Patrick’s Church, 700 W Adams St, Chicago. Reception immediately following.
