James (Jim) M. Kuksuk of Chicago was born on November 29, 1961 and passed away on November 25, 2021. James was the beloved husband of JoAnne (nee Kozlowski); loving dad to Katie (Gregory) Mucia; loving son of the late James and Lois (nee Lewandowski) Kuksuk; dear brother of Michael (Dena), Thomas (Patti), and John (Ellen); fond brother-in-law of Michael and the late Steven Kozlowski, the late Cathy Bracken, and Mary (Nick) Zavolokoff; beloved uncle to Megan, Kristina, Nicole, Jessica, Ashley, Nicolas, Michael, Jr. Jacob (Jess) and Matthew; and great-uncle to Riley, Sapphire, Logan, Averie, Emma, Ella, and Lilah; and proud dog grandpa to Benny. He will be missed dearly.

Visitation will be on Friday, December 3, 2021 from 4:00 pm. to 9:00 pm., at Malec and Sons Funeral Home, (Edward A. Tylka, Manager), 6000 N. Milwaukee Ave, Chicago, IL. 60646.
