Jeanne Tomasello, age 72, passed away on Monday, February 19th, 2024 in Elk Grove Village, IL. She was born in Chicago, IL to the late Connie Caroll and Vito Bavaro Sr.; Wife to Joe Tomasello for 52 years; mother to Jay (Carisa) and Kris (Amanda) Tomasello; grandmother to Jackie and Adrianna; sister to the late Lee (Jackie) Trent, late Joe (Amy) Bavaro, late Richard (Laura) Bavaro, Vito Bavaro Jr., late Anne Marie Teska, Michael (Joanie) Carroll, and Charles Carroll; aunt to many nieces and nephews and family members.
Jeanne graduated in 1969 from Kelly high School and retired from her professional career in the Air Freight/ Transportation Industry. She enjoyed bowling and dancing, but most of all she enjoyed spending time with family. She was such a caring and compassionate person and had the largest heart. She was a person who did more for others than she did for herself. Jeanne was a person you could come to for advice knowing you could lead your own life and be accepted wholeheartedly. She was the heart and soul of her home and will be remembered forever.
In lieu if floral arrangements, the family would appreciate a house-plant or a memorial contribution to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
