Born in Philadelphia, PA on Friday May 22, 1959 to Juan A. and Milagros (née Vargas) Martinez. Beloved husband of Edith (née Martes) Martinez. Visitation Sunday September 7, 2014 from 3-9pm at The Montclair-Lucania Funeral Home 6901 W. Belmont Avenue Chicago where services will be held Monday September 8, 2014 at 11:00am. Interment to follow at Mount Olive Cemetery in Chicago.
