John S. Fazy, age 70, passed away on October 2, 2023. Loving husband of over 45 years to Nancy Fazy, nee Kielty; Beloved father to John M. (Angela) Fazy, Sara E. (Nick) McNamara, and Michael P. (Jean) Fazy; Cherished papa to Patrick, Dominic, Nicholas, Hannah, Michael, Colleen, and Connor; Dear uncle, cousin, and friend to many. John was preceded in death by his parents, Stanley and Betty Fazy, and brother, Thomas Fazy.
Visitation for John will be from 4-8 PM on Thursday, October 5, at Andrew J. McGann & Son Funeral Home, 10727 S. Pulaski, Chicago, IL 60655. Funeral to begin at 10:15 AM on Friday, October 6, at Andrew J. McGann & Son, proceeding to Queen of Martyrs Church, 10233 S Central Park Ave, Evergreen Park, IL 60805 for an 11 AM Mass of Christian Burial. Interment private.
