Beloved husband of the late Stanislawa(Polkoszek) for over 40 years. Loving father of Barbara (Walter Skowronski), Casimir (Malgorzata), Theresa (Michael) Curtis, and Elizabeth (Mark) Gittings. Proud grandfather of Matthew, Peter, Katherine, late Christina, Marthin, Arthur, Christopher, and Maxamilian. He was a respected uncle to numerous nieces and nephews here and in Poland and dear friend to many.
Julian was a faithful and dedicated member of St. Hyacinth Basilica for over 50 years, which was at the center of his spiritual and family life. He enthusiastically served as Usher, and generously supported the church and community. He happily donated his time and service to various church and community endeavors. He particularly enjoyed taking care of the animals St. Hyacinth had on site for the Living Nativity at Christmas and had four dogs that he cared for and loved in his lifetime. He cultivated the garden by the St. John Paul II memorial monument at the Church as he was an avid and prolific gardener/farmer.
Julian was proud to be an American citizen and Bakery Union Member. He honored his Polish heritage and passionately celebrated and preserved its traditions with family and friends, providing a loving example to follow and live by as our inheritance. As his family, we were always able to count on him to be there for us and he was very generous to us in too many ways to count. Julian has left an indelible, loving example by which we can live and one we will always treasure.
