Julio Cesar Dulce, 86, of Chicago, Illinois, was born in El Salvador on December 4, 1939, and on February 27, 2026, at 6:20 PM, Julio Cesar went to be with the Lord. He lived a faithful, kind-hearted, patient, gentle, wise, humorous, beloved, hard-working, Godly life—and somehow managed to keep his sense of humor through it all. From the very beginning, Julio Cesar had a way of making people feel at ease, as if they’d known him forever.
Julio Cesar was a Veteran of the Military in El Salvador. He carried that commitment with quiet strength—steady, dependable, and grounded—never needing applause to prove what he had given.
A man who truly loved the Lord and serving Jesus Christ, Julio Cesar found joy in the daily things that mattered most: reading the Bible and praying every day. And when life got complicated—as it always does—he had a simple, wise refrain that said everything about his faith and outlook: “Dejalo en las manos de Dios.”
