A visitation will be held from 3:00 - 9:00 pm, on Tuesday, October 22nd at Malec & Sons Funeral Home, 6000 N. Milwaukee Avenue, Chicago.
A chapel service will be held on Wednesday, at 11:00 am, at the funeral home.
Interment will follow to Irving Park Cemetery in Chicago.
