Kenneth J. Polan, age 70, of Chicago passed away Sunday February 9, 2014 at Our Lady of the Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago. Born in Chicago on Saturday January 8, 1944 to Joseph And Mary (née Sakowski) Polan. Beloved husband of Darlene née Kutchen, loving father of Phillip (Vita) and Gail Polan, dearest grandfather of 8, devoted brother to Joan Lesiak. Visitation Wednesday February 12, 2014 from 3-9pm at The Montclair-Lucania Funeral Home 6901 W. Belmont Ave Chicago where funeral services will be held 11:00am Thursday February 13, 2014. Interment to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery in Skokie.
