Lillian M. Sansone, 87, née Cozzo,of Schaumburg formally of Chicago passed away on Monday April 8, 2013 at Alexian Brothers Medical Center in Elk Grove Village, IL. Born in Chicago on Wednesday March 10, 1926. Beloved wife of the late Thomas; devoted mother of Cheryl (the late Jerry) DeFrancisco and Deborah (Jack) Hickey; cherished grandmother of Tammie and Jerry, Jr. DeFrancisco; adored great grandmother of Diona and Janelle; dear daughter of the late Charles and Angeline (née Carpino) Cozzo; loving sister of Geraldine (the late Robert) Segreti and the late Sam ( the late Norma) Cozzo; dear aunt and great aunt of many nieces and nephews. Visitation Friday April 12, 2013 from 3-9pm at The Montclair-Lucania Funeral Home 6901 W. Belmont Avenue Chicago where prayers will be said 9:00am Saturday April 13, 2013 to St. William Church for a 10:00am mass. Entombment Queen of Heaven Cemetery hillside, IL.
