Marie loved God above all things and devoted her life to His service through her faith community at La Nouvelle Jerusalem Seventh Day Adventist Church. Raised Roman Catholic, she converted to Seventh Day Adventism in 1974. She is fondly remembered as an influential, selfless and nurturing figure among her family and congregation.
Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in me will never die.” JOHN 11:25-26
Hymnes et Louanges
Seigneur, Tu Donnes Ta Grâce (267)
Seigneur, tu donnes ta grâce
Au coeur qui s’attend à toi;
Ah! que sa douce efficace
Se répande aussi sur moi.
Oui, sur moi! (bis)
Se répande aussi sur moi!
Père tendre et secourable,
J’ai souvent enfreint ta loi;
Quoique impur et misérable,
Oh! pardonne et bénis-moi.
Bénis-moi! (bis)
Oh! pardonne et bénis-moi!
Ô Sauveur toujours propice,
Fais que je m’attache à toi!
J’ai faim, j’ai soif de justice;
Je t’appelle, réponds-moi!
Réponds-moi! (bis)
Je t’appelle, réponds-moi!
Par ton amour, ô bon Père,
Par le sang versé pour moi,
Par l’Esprit qui seul opère,
Dieu trois fois saint, sauve-moi!
Sauve-moi! (bis)
Dieu trois fois saint, sauve-moi!
