Marilyn Laura Mariani

Marilyn Laura Mariani, age 76, was born in Chicago on September 10, 1945, and born into eternity on April 12, 2022. Marilyn was the beloved wife of the late Gerald Mariani; devoted "Fur-Mama" of Kitty, Daisy and Louie; most loving mother of Phillip Mariani and Camille Mariani; adoring and spoiling grandmother of Sage, Katen, Zoe, Mina; "Grandma Marilyn" to Samantha Pineda and Derek Noga; dear daughter of the late Sam & Lena Ippolito; loving sister of Joanne (Joe) Kurgan; unforgettable aunt of Julie, Jennifer, Janice, Jackie, and Jill; caring cousin; and fond friend of many. Marilyn was a fun loving friend to many, with a great sense of humor. She will be greatly missed by all.

A visitation for Marilyn will be held Friday, April 22, 2022 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Saint Emily Church, 1400 E. Central Road, Mount Prospect, IL 60056. A mass of christian burial will occur Friday, April 22, 2022 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM, 1400 E. Central Road, Mount Prospect, IL 60056. A committal prayers & entombment service will occur Friday, April 22, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at All Saints Cemetery, Community Mausoleum, 700 N. River Road, Des Plaines, IL 60016.
