Part 2 of Michael Gawron 

I believe God saw his journey here and gently said, “Come back to Me” And in that moment, my father was welcomed into a place where there is no more suffering, no more worry, and no more pain, only peace. He was reunited with loved ones who went before him, embraced again by the warmth of those who had been waiting for him in eternity. 

Though we wish he could have stayed longer, we find comfort in knowing he is surrounded by God’s love, Held safely in his arms. His life continues in all of us in our memories, our stories and the pieces of him that live in our hearts. We will carry his love forward, until the day we see him again.  

There is one truth I hold close: this isn’t goodbye. It’s only “see you later”. We will meet again in Heaven, where every story continues and every heart is whole.

Part 1 of the final speech from Micheal Gawron Service

On behalf of the Gawron Family, I want to thank each of you for being here today to honor my father (Michael John Gawron). Your Presence means more to us than words can express 

 The number of people who came to pay their respects shows just how many lives he touched, and in more ways than one. Seeing all of you here is a beautiful reminder of the impact he has made, and it brings great comfort to our family. 

My father was many things, and to know him was to truly understand what it meant to be a Gawron .He was a son loving son to Joe & Jeanne Gawron, a caring Brother to Sue Gawron & Pattie Reif,  He was loving husband to his wife Billie, a father of 3 children (Cathy Gawron, Terri Messinger and Thomas Gawron), a grandfather of 10 (Jacqueline Franklin, Seth Messinger, Jordan Franklin, Jaron Franklin, Jalen Franklin, Justin Franklin, Jason Franklin, Jeremiah Franklin, Hunter Gawron, Reagen Messinger), a Great Grandfather of 2 (Jalariya and Rakiah),   a devoted and caring man, and –yes- a truly stubborn man in the best way. His stubbornness wasn’t just a trait; it was part of his strength. It meant he stood firm in what he believed, fought hard for the people he loved, and never gave up when life challenged him.   

My father left all of us and this world far too early. His absence still feels unreal, and the weight of losing him is something our hearts are still learning to carry. But even in the pain, I hold on to the belief that God was calling him home. It was his time to return to the one who created him, loved him, and watched over every stop of his life

I worked with Mike for close to 30 years at S&C Electric. He was always so helpful when needed . Shame he left this world so early . 
My thoughts are with the family .
