Loving husband of Beverly; beloved father of Sandy (Brian) O'Connell, Shawn Conway; cherished grandfather of Justin, Evie, Liam, James, Nathan, Anthony, Aiden, and Emma; dear brother of Barbara, Jimmy, Lillian, the late Thomas, and Timothy; fond uncle of George, Richard, Tina, Tommy, Laurie, Sarah, and Ethan; step-father, great-uncle, cousin, and friend of many.
A visitation will for Patrick "Jerry" will be held on Friday, December 19th, 2025 at Andrew J. McGann and Son Funeral Home 10727 S. Pulaski Rd. Chicago, from 4:00pm until 8:00pm.
