Rita C. Hagerty, nee Wilton, born February 12, 1914, entered into eternal life January 5, 2014. Beloved wife of the late James J. Hagerty; loving mother of James (Maureen) , Maryann Bobor, Margarita Holmes, Patrick, Raymond, Thomas (Nancy), Michael, the late Baby James and Baby Patrick; cherished grandmother of 17; proud great-grandmother of 28. She is survived by her brother Harry J. Wilton and is preceded in death by her parents Harry and Isabelle, nee O’Brien, sister Isabelle Peterson and brother William Wilton. Visitation Thursday, 4-9pm January 9th at Malec and Sons Funeral Home 6000 N. Milwaukee Ave. Chicago. Friday, meet at the funeral home 10am for funeral procession to St Tarcissus Church 6020 W. Ardmore Ave. in Chicago for 11:15 Mass. Interment All Saints Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to St. Theresa of the Little Flower in Darien, IL.
