The Rev. Robert L. Howell, Rector of St. Chrysostom's Episcopal Church in Chicago from 1967 to 1990, and founder of the Fish Lay Ministry, passed peacefully February 24th, 2013 at the age of 84. He is survived by sons, Patrick (Catherine) and Kevin and sister, Melba Bryant. A memorial service will be held at St. Chrysostom's Church, 1424 N. Dearborn St., Chicago on Saturday, April 20th at 1 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Chrysostom’s Episcopal Church.
