HAYES Wayne Madison Hayes “Mike”, age 67, of Chicago, Illinois, passed away on October 27,2014 at 12:05 a.m. after battling many illnesses for a long time. He is survived by his ex-wife, Jutta U. Hayes, of Chicago. Wayne was born on February 12, 1947, in St. Louis, Missouri. His father was Charles Smith. His birth mother was Dessie Hayes and his step-mother was Lora Bee Parris. Wayne served his country above and beyond in Vietnam and paid a heavy price for that service. He will, therefore be laid to rest in Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood, Illinois on Monday, November 3rd at 1:30 p.m.
