Mr. Arthur Junior Nicholson age 83 of Sylacauga, Al passed away on May 16, 2015 at Coosa Valley Medical Center. Funeral services for Mr. Nicholson will be on Tuesday May 19, 2015 at Calvary Baptist Church at 11AM. Visitation will be on Monday May 18, 2015 at Curtis and Son Childersburg from 5-8PM. Burial will be in the Childersburg Cemetery. Rev. Paul Hickman will be officiating the service. Survivors are Wife of 60 years; Sara Trucks Nicholson. Son; Anthony (Lisa R. ) Nicholson. Daughter; Trudie N. (Junior) Owings. Grandchildren: Christen Smith; Joshua Owings, Alex Nicholson; Catherine Smith; Samantha Nicholson; Luke Owings; Caitlyn Smith and Hannah Nicholson. Sister; Betty Frances McGowan. Mr. Nicholson was preceded in death by his parents Ed and Nora Baker Nicholson; daughters, Katherene Nicholson and Charleen Nicholson Smith. Also by four brothers and four sisters.Nephews will serve as pallbearers.
