We will miss dear Arthur, his comforting smile & his sense of humor. Many happy memories.  I will cherish the blue garden bench he made for me in his shop.   Marie U.

My dad was honest and forthright.  He was hard sometimes and loving all the time.   I love him and know that everyone that knew him was better because of his strength to be forthright.

Dear Glenda and family,
I’m so sorry for your loss of Arthur. He was always a pleasant person to be around. Here are a few pictures from the 2020 MADS garden tour at your home. 

Mr. Arthur and the whole Woods family have been considered family since I can remember.  My whole life I've always known that I could go talk to Mr. Arthur  anytime about anything. I'm sure going to miss him.  I'll forever cherish the big beautiful dinning room table that he made custom for me. Several others in our community have tables he made for them. He said he wanted to make all neighborhood kids a table to remember him by. I don't think he got to finish that because so many of us loved him he couldn't possibly have gotten to all them. Anyone who knew him knew how much he loved his big family and our lord and savior Jesus Christ.  Praise God I'll see you again Mr. A  because we know exactly where you are,  in the arms of Jesus just waiting for the rest of us. 

So many great memories but this photo was a proud moment for my Uncle Arthur, whom, I consider my father in this life , to meet my little girls. They still remember going there. Mackenzie said she remembered he gave her some rocks and said they were money rocks and to put them in her pocket and rub them together. Thank you Uncle Arthur for taking me in and loving me when no one else did - I love you Dad! 

My thoughts and PRAYERS are with you all during this time of mourning.May God give you comfort and peace. Mr. Arthur and the whole family has always  been good hardworking people You were all  always so kind to me .I have fond memories of going to church with you all years  ago at Mt.Sharon.My condolences to you all ...love  sent to all.

I remember one time a lot of years ago Mr Woods was on his tractor pulling a trailer he pulled out in front of me and I almost hit him he was so mad and he yelled at me I was so upset that he was blaming me when he was the one that pulled out in front of me I laugh about it now one of my fondest memories of him .fly high Mr Woods you will be greatly missed.
