GOODWATER--Ms. Clara Lawler Rogers of Goodwater passed away Thursday, March 24th at Goodwater Health Care. She was 73. Ms. Rogers was a member of Childersburg Church of Christ. She is survived by her son, Michael Cagle and cousins, Max (Sherry) Cantrell, Jerald (Jane) Cantrell, and Marilyn (Tommy) Traylor. Visitation for Ms. Rogers will be held at Curtis and Son Childersburg Chapel on Saturday, March 26, 2011 from 10 until 11 a.m. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 26th at 11 a.m. in the chapel with the Reverend Clarence Denny officiating. Burial will follow in Greenhill Memorial Gardens in Childersburg. Serving as pallbearers will be Max Cantrell, Jerald Cantrell, Rodney Chappell, Gene Welch, Frank Grice, and Kevin Ray.
