Mr. Joe Leonard Morris age 93 of Sylacauga passed away on November 25, 2011 at his residence. Funeral services for Mr. Morris will be on Monday November 28, 2011 at Curtis and Son Childersburg Chapel at 2 PM. Visitation will be on Sunday November 27, 2011 from 5-9 PM at the Childersburg Chapel. Burial will be in Greenhill Cemetery. He was survived by Son; Douglas Ray Morris (Janice), Daughters; Evelyn Louise Morris (Donald) Hulsey, Helen Marie Morris (Calvin) Henderson. (Mr. Morris was preceded in death by his wife; Myrtle Elizabeth Morris, Son; Donald Joe Morris, Parents; John Henry Morris and Emma Ridley Morris. Brother; John Albert Morris and Sisters; Ada Vee Frye and Willie Mae Bates. Mr. Morris was active in the Assembly of God Church and the Nazarene Church. He had 5 Grandchildren; Marian McGrady, Melissa Henderson, Kevin Henderson, Wendy Hulsey, and Jeromy Morris. 3 Great Grandchildren; Desirae Hulsey, Cory Hulsey, Tiera Hulsey. Numerous Nieces and Nephews. Curtis and Son Childersburg Chapel will direct the service.
