Ronald Gardner Shoemaker

Ronald is survived by his daughter Carole Morosky (Peter); and his son David Shoemaker; his sisters Lynda Smith (Doug) and Audrey Pate (George); his grandchildren Kaylee Suggs (Jackson) and Cameron Shoemaker and his great grandchild Greer Suggs.

Ronald was preceded in death by his wife Hilda Shoemaker; his father Andrew Jackson Shoemaker and his mother Thelma Gardner Shoemaker; his brothers Wallace Shoemaker, Alvin Shoemaker and Johnny Shoemaker; and his sisters Carolyn Hassell, Doris Fuller and Joyce Williams.

A visitation for Ronald will be held Sunday, September 21, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Curtis and Son Funeral Home, Childersburg, Alabama, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM. All services will be officiated by Rev. Jimmy Dale Abrams.
