He is lovingly remembered by his mom, Gwen Combes, brothers, Ernie Combes Jr. and Vaughan Nelson, sisters, Eileen Combes and Maria Raphael, grandfather, Michael Smith, many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He is predeceased by his father, Ernie Combes Sr, brothers Keegan Combes and Skylar Nelson and sister, Courtney Nelson.
