Erma Janet McMillan passed away of cancer at Chilliwack Hospice on September 4, 2010 at the age of 86 years.
She was born in Neepawa, Manitoba on July 17, 1924.
Erma is survived by her husband, Jack Raymond McMillan; her son, Raeburn (who passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, September 5, 2010), his wife, Gail, of Ottawa and daughter, Lori (Brian) Toop of Langley, BC; grandchildren, Kevin McMillan, of Kanata, Ont., Robin (Debbie) McMillan, of Fitzroy Harbour, Ont., and Raylene Toop of Langley; great grandchildren, Taylor and Hanna McMillan of Fitzroy Ont. Erma is also survived by her sisters, Audrey Scribner of Drayton Valley and Shirley ( Gordon) Poole of Vernon, BC; as well as her two precious Whippets, Jackson and Calona. Erma was predeceased by her parents, Huron and Muriel Rush of Neepawa, brother, Raeburn Rush of Weyburn, SK and sister, Verla Smith of Regina, SK.
Cremation followed by interment in Neepawa Cemetery, Neepawa, Manitoba.
Arrangements under the direction of Woodlawn Mt. Cheam Funeral Home, Chilliwack, BC.
