Gloria is survived by her Children: Brian (Lynda), Wayne, Karen (Dave), Roberta (Ben). 9 grandchildren: Sarah, Katelyn, Jordan, Valerie, Kenn, Jaymi, Jadin, Rachel and Dez. And 9 great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her loving husband Kenneth Rumsey. Her mother, father and two brothers.
To honor Gloria’s wishes the family will hold a private memorial.
Gloria was born and raised in Vancouver, later spending summers and weekends in Columbia Valley and moving there in her high school years. She left the farm after high school when deciding to become a registered nurse. She met her husband while working at VGH. Later moving to Chilliwack to start their family. After the children she worked at the Coqualeetlza Hospital and then later for Dr. Macleod. Gloria was an amazing wife, mother and grandmother and a respected professional.
Mom will be truly missed!
