Helena Guliker

Helena Guliker, born on January 19, 1935, passed away on December 12, 2025, at the age of 90. Helena was a resident of Chilliwack, British Columbia. Helena was born in Tricht, The Netherlands. At the age of 23, she moved to Canada after winning a trip for selling the most AVA magazines in the Netherlands. Her return trip never happened—Canada became her home, and she proudly became a Canadian citizen.

It was in Chilliwack, BC, where she met her husband, Evert Dave Guliker. They were married and raised four children together. To date, she was blessed with 14 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.

Mom/Oma was a sinner saved by grace. She loved her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Heartfelt thanks to the staff at Sunset Manor for their superb care of Mom during the final 13 months of her life.

A series of services will be held at Woodlawn Mt. Cheam Funeral Home located at 45865 Hocking Ave, Chilliwack, BC.

Condolences can be offered on December 23, 2025, from 10:00 am to 10:30 am.

The funeral service will be held on the same day at 10:30 followed by a graveside service at Chilliwack Cemeteries.
