James is survived by his only child, Leah Yates; Sisters, Christeena Yates and Jenni Altenburg; Nieces, Teela and Kaylie and great Nieces, Lexi and Rylee. Along with many other friends and family, including close friend James.
He was predeceased by his mother, Ailia and only nephew, Christopher.
He was a very caring, sensitive hearted man who was always the first willing to help at a moment's notice, if he could when asked.
With his odd sense of humour he'd crack jokes because he loved to see folks happy, laughing and enjoying life.
He will be greatly missed by so many.
