Linda Marie Harrop

Linda Harrop, was a beloved wife to Jack Harrop and mother to Amanda, Cassandra, and Melanie (Sean), and ever-loving Nana to Brooke, Fallon, Leighton, Jack, and Olivia.

Linda was born in Prince George, BC, and later moved with her family to Chilliwack in 1967. She graduated from Sardis Senior Secondary School. Linda met her first and only love Jack Harrop, while working at the Husky Truck stop as a Server. They married in 1979 and grew their family.

Linda held many jobs throughout her life including caring for the elderly at retirement residences and the young at Country Kids Childcare Centre. One of her more noble and most admirable jobs was that of a stay at home mom, where she not only raised her own daughters and niece but also children that she thought of as family. She was always fair and unwavering in her love to all that she helped raise.

Linda was preceded in death by her Father (Victor Foisy), Mother, (Diane Lane), siblings, Bernard Foisy, Raymond Foisy, Roger Foisy, Dolly (Clorece) Lang, and Allen Foisy, and is survived by her husband, Jack Harrop. Daughters, Amanda, Cassie, and Mel (Sean). Grandchildren Brooke, Fallon, Leighton, Jack, and Olivia. Siblings, George Foisy, Pete Foisy, and Albert Foisy. Along with countless other family and friends who will never forget the love she brought to their lives.
