Natasha Dru Reid

It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Natasha Dru Reid (nee MacDonald) on June 3, 2025. She was born in Chicoutimi Quebec on October 28, 1971. Born into a Canadian Military family. She started school at Watson Elementary in Chilliwack. After several postings she ended her regular schooling at Chilliwack Senior. She continued ECC schooling after her first two children Calvin and Caitlin were born. She would drive to Abbotsford, Mission and Langley after a full day at work.

Natasha will be lovingly remembered by her mother Suzanne and her father Alfred Ernest MacDonald from Summerside P.E.I; step father Tom Wientjes; her loving partner of 10 years Doeke Rintjema; son Calvin Reid; daughters Caitlin Reid and Anna Maria Walton; brothers Sean (Natasha) and Carey MacDonald as well as many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

She was predeceased by her first husband Kent Reid.

Natasha was a "ray of sunshine" with a ready smile and an infectious laugh to all that entered Tropicana Tanning Studios where she worked alongside her mom and daughter Caitlin until July 2023.

She will be missed more than she will ever know. The lives of her loved ones will never be the same. Every moment spent together will be cherished. We only hope she has found peace and happiness on the other side and we look forward to be reunited again one day. She may be lost but never forgotten. We miss you so very much! Our hearts are broken.
