Barbara Elaine Ragan

Born in Cabarrus County on December 24, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Ernest Faulkenbury and Marie Smith Faulkenbury.

Barbara spent many years working in the retail industry; loved gardening flowers, but above all, she loved her Savior and Lord and her family.

She was a member of Landis Baptist Church, where she volunteered with the Mission House and was involved with the Ladies group.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Lester Eugene Ragan; her children, Jason (Crystal) Gentle of Concord, Paula (Robert) Severt of China Grove, David (Autumn) Gentle of China Grove and Jennifer (Michael) Leopard of Concord.

Barbara is further survived by one sister, Shirley (Joe) Suther of Concord; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Friday, July 26, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at Linn-Honeycutt Funeral Home.

A Graveside will follow at 11:00 AM at West Lawn Memorial Park with Rev. Mike Austin officiating.
