Born July 27, 1965 in Rowan County, she was the daughter of the late Jacqueline Griffen.
One brother, Randy Farrell and one great-granddaughter, MaKaiya, also preceded Crystal in death.
Crystal graduated South Rowan Highschool in 1983 at the top of her class and was also a member of "Who's Who" in NC.
She went on to later start a family and is survived by her children, Brandyce Bowles (Temeka Gilmore) of Kannapolis, Candyce Hamby of Salisbury, Sarah Estes of Rockwell, Taylor Bowles (Kaytee Lowman) of Huntersville and Jacob Bowles of the home; one brother, Terry Farrell and One sister, Dawn Benfield.
Her grandchildren, Haley, Brooke, Rylie, Aubrey, Joshlyn, Julianna, Alexandria, Willow, Timothy, Noah, Ariella, Tinsley, Crew; and her great-grandchildren, Callie, Jaycie, and Harper further survive her.
No formal services are being held at this time as that was not Crystal's wishes.
