Dale Levon Edmiston

Mr. Edmiston was born on March 8, 1958, in Iredell County and was the son of Doris Correll Edmiston and the late Robert Lee Edmiston.

In addition to his mother, those left to cherish his memory are his son Robert Edward Edmiston and his mother Suzanne C. Edmiston. Also surviving him are his sister Robin Edmiston, brother Kevin Edmiston (Janeen), niece Ainsley and nephew Miles Edmiston.

Dale grew up in Columbia, S.C. where he graduated from Spring Valley High School in 1976. After 30 years with Delhaize as the U.S. Director of I.T. Operations, Dale started his own I.T. Consulting Business, Edmiston Advisory Services, which kept him busy until he retired in 2020. He was a member of Mt. Zion United Church of Christ.

Dale loved spending time with Rob which was often long hours of laughter via FaceTime. His other favorite activities were fishing at the Outer Banks and hunting with his buddies. The past few years Dale had been reconnecting with so many people which made him so happy.

Gathering of family & friends will be on Saturday, November 12, 2022, from 1:00 till 2:00 pm with a Celebration service to follow at 2:00 pm at Linn- Honeycutt Funeral Home in China Grove with Pastor Mark Burns officiating.
