Dale Alan Smart, age 72, of Salisbury, North Carolina passed away on Monday, October 31, 2022.
The family will receive friends at Destiny City Church, Wednesday, November 9, 2022 from 6:00 PM - 6:30 PM with the memorial service beginning at 6:30 PM with Pastor Don Vess officiating.
