Dale Woodie

Mr. Dale Robin Woodie, 54 of Rockwell, passed away on Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at his residence. Born on May 3, 1959 in Rowan County, he was the son of the late Howard "Hack" Woodie and Helen Clodfelter Woodie. A 1977 graduate of South Rowan High School, he was a member of Open Arms Baptist Church, where he was a deacon.

He worked for Lift One Company. Those left to cherish his memory is his wife Reba Barkley Woodie, daughters; Brandie W. Moore (Chris) and Kellie Woodie, both of Rockwell. Also surviving him is his brother Duane Woodie (Angie) of Rockwell, sisters Sonia Pozyck (Alan) and Gay Waller (David) both of China Grove and Genene Fowler (Chris) of Salisbury. His grandchildren are Caleb, Conner, Baylee and Paxton.

Visitation will be on Friday from 10:00 til 12:00 at Linn Honeycutt Funeral Home in China Grove with funeral at 1:00 also at the funeral home with Rev. Michael Brown, minister.
