Elizabeth Pearl Parker

Elizabeth Pearl Parker, 74, passed away on Sunday March 26, 2017 at her residence. She was born May 15, 1942 in Laurinburg, the daughter of the late Bruce and the late Pearlie Aline Brooks Carter. She worked in the Linn Mills for 15 years until her retirement. She was a loving mother, sister, grandmother and Great-grandmother. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Willie Parker and infant son William Walters. Also preceding her in death were her brothers Carl, David and DeMarco Carter.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughters; Helen Lewis (Danny) and Sandy Spry (William), three Step-children; Renae Burris, Billy Wayne Walters and Wanda Sandlin. Two grandchildren; Tina Graham (David) and Dewayne Ervin (Wendy) and four Great-grandchildren; Austin and Dakota Surratt, Christian and Breanna Ervin. Five sisters; Mary Floyd, Pat Wetter, Barbara Blackwelder, and Jeannie Walters. Six brothers; Junior, Bill, Ronnie, Carly, Herbie, and Jimmy Ray Carter.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 29, from 12:00pm until 1:30pm. Funeral services will follow at 1:30pm in the Linn Honeycutt Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Annie Williams, of Word of Life Ministries and Evangelist Kathy Dixon. Burial will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park.
