Freddy Dean Stanley

Mr. Freddy Dean Stanley, 51 of 1025 Byrd Rd. Granite Quarry passed away on Sunday July 3, 2011 at his residence. Born on September 3, 1959 in Rowan County, he was the son of the late Fred Stanley and Bernice Robbins Stanley. Educated in the Rowan County Schools, he was of the Baptist Faith. Mr. Stanley was owner operator of Freddy Stanley Logging Co. His hobby was fishing and his real love was his family.

In addition to his father, Mr. Stanley was preceded in death by his brothers Scotty and Billy Stanley. Surviving him is his wife; Vickie Beaver Conner, sons Michael Farrington (Cindy) of Gold Hill, Kevin Chane Conner (Bobbi) of Rockwell, daughters; Shona Hamby (Chris) of Kannapolis and Stacy Cline (Chris) of Cleveland. Brothers Ricky Stanley of Mocksville and Donnie Robbins (Janice) of Rockwell. Sisters, Tina Fortney, Judy Tilley and Debbie Stanley all of Mocksville. Grandchildren, Brian and Christopher Farrington, Nicole and Marissa Johnstone, Victorria Conner and Kevin Conner Jr. and Krysten and Katie Cline.

Visitation will be on Wednesday from 5:30 til 7:00 at Linn Honeycutt Funeral Home in China Grove with funeral following at 7:00 in the chapel, with Rev. David Ayers, minister.
