

Born in Rowan County on December 18, 1938, he was the son of the late Walter Brown and Mary Morris Brown.
Hoyle was also preceded in death by his nine brothers and sisters.
He retired from Superba Print Works, Inc after many years of service.
Hoyle married his sweetheart, Zenna Kay Winecoff, and together they shared 63 years of marriage. In her heart she will hold to his memory and the love they so beautifully shared.
He was a member of Grateful Heart Ministries. Many will remember him for being a true servant of God, helping with the prison ministry, sharing the love of Christ to others, and having sang in a trio over the past years.
Hoyle also enjoyed going hunting on many occasions.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at Grateful Heart Ministries 706 Dunns Mountain Road Granite Quarry, NC from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM.
The funeral service will begin at 1:00 PM with Pastor Johnny Morgan officiating. Hoyle will be privately laid to rest at Carolina Memorial Park.
The family would like to express their appreciation to Dr. William Brinkley, the staff of Novant Cancer Center of Salisbury, Carolina Caring Hospice and Jeff Lloyd Taylor, PA at Trinity Medical Center for their exception care shown to Hoyle.
